Interseckt provides several levels of support to our clients. Support options include 24-hour access to information about common problems and to specialized personnel. The level of support is based on the nature of the solution provided.

Clients with a support contract can find answers to common problems and gain access to their dedicated technician through the Client Login section. You can also request remote technical support by clicking the button below (please download the connection client prior to requesting support for the first time).
